This Privacy Policy explains how PA Simply ("PA Simply", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our unified inbox for managing client communications across WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, company name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
  • Client & contact data — the client and contact details you add, including names, phone numbers, and notes.
  • Communications — the content and metadata of messages and calls you send and receive through the Service (WhatsApp, SMS, and voice), so we can display and route them.
  • Usage & technical data — basic logs and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
  • To route, deliver, and display your client communications.
  • To send service-related emails such as confirmations, password resets, and important account notices.
  • To respond to support requests and improve the product.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors required to run the Service, under appropriate data-protection terms:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Twilio — WhatsApp, SMS, and voice delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Stripe — subscription billing (we never store full card details).
  • Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data isolation & security

Each account's data is isolated at the database level so that you can only access your own clients, contacts, and conversations. We use encryption in transit and follow industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
